November brings another big step forward at The Ville Condo Samui. Our team and contractors have been working hard on site beside Phru Chaweng Lake, and construction is moving fast. These drone photos were taken at the end of October.
Giant foundations are done
The heavy groundwork is finished. The building’s giant foundations are now complete, and the structure has a solid base to rise from. This was the biggest and most technical part of the early build, and the team finished it on schedule.
The site office, material storage and safety fencing are all in place, so work can continue at full pace.
Next: phase two starts soon
With the foundations complete, we will be starting the second phase of construction soon. This is when the building starts to rise above ground level, and progress will be much easier to see from the lake promenade.
A lakefront location in central Chaweng
The photos also show what makes this location special: open water on the lake, greenery all around, and Chaweng Beach and the sea just beyond. Central Festival Samui is within walking distance, the beach is 5 minutes away and Samui International Airport is about 10 minutes away.
